Sportfive "continues to recast its U.S. side, following the 2020 acquisition of what was Lagardère by private equity firm HIG." Sportfive’s consulting side "will now be headed" by Exec VPs BRENDAN MOYNIHAN (a '18 SBJ Forty Under 40 honoree) and JOSH WOLLOCK. Former Sportfive consulting head KERN EGAN left the firm late last year. Also departing Sportfive at the end of '21 was CEO of the Americas JOEL SEGAL, a football agent who subsequently joined WME Sports. Sportfive is now out of player representation, except for golf (SPORTS BUSINESS JOURNAL, 1/17 issue).

EXECS: NFL Panthers Assistant Dir of Social Content & Strategy AMIE KIEHN "stepped down" last week to spend more time with her 3-year-old son. Kiehn has "taken a part-time job, still in social media, that gives her more flexibility" (, 1/18)....The Fire named former player EVAN WHITFIELD to the newly created position of VP/Equity, Alumni Relations and Engagement (SBJ)....OverActive Media named RBC VP/Brand MATT MCGLYNN VP/Marketing and Brand (OverActive).
