The Jazz named CFP Chief Operating Officer ANDREA WILLIAMS Chief Experience Officer, a newly created position focusing on diversity, equity and inclusion. Williams begins as CXO on Nov. 29 and will report to Jazz President JIM OLSON. In addition to leading all DEI efforts for the Jazz, Williams will coordinate departmental efforts to enhance the guest and fan experience for events Vivint Arena and she will also oversee the Jazz Youth programs. Before joining the CFP, Williams was commissioner of the Big Sky conference from '16-18 (Jazz).

UNCONVENTIONAL ROUTE: PointsBet US has hired former Facebook Head of US Brand & Consumer Marketing KYLE CHRISTENSEN as its new CMO. Christensen will work from PointsBet’s U.S. HQ in Denver, reporting to CEO JOHNNY AITKEN. Prior to Facebook, Christensen served as VP/Marketing at National Geographic TV and held marketing roles at Netflix and at Warner Bros. interactive unit (Bill King, SBJ).

EXECS: Pulse Sports & Entertainment named former Inter Miami and Miami Super Bowl Host Committee exec BRIAN BISHOP Chief Revenue Officer. Bishop has had previous sponsorship stints with Learfield and the NHL Panthers (Pulse Sports & Entertainment)....The WNBA Atlanta Dream named Las Vegas Aces GM DAN PADOVER to the same position. Padover was a "two-time WNBA Basketball Executive of the Year" with the Aces, where he had been since '18. Padover will be joined by former Dream coach DARIUS TAYLOR, who will serve as Assistant GM (ATLANTA JOURNAL-CONSTITUTION, 10/25)....The Cubs named Astros Senior Dir of Strategic Decision Making EHSAN BOKHARI Assistant GM (CHICAGO TRIBUNE, 10/25)....Alcorn State Univ. named CYRUS K. RUSS interim AD, replacing DEREK HORNE, who resigned Sept. 30 (Alcorn State).
