Longtime ad sales exec SETH WINTER will retire from Fox Sports in February. Winter joined Fox Sports in January '19 as Exec VP/Sales after a two-decade stint heading up NBC Sports' ad sales business. Fox promoted MARK EVANS to take over Winter’s role as Executive VP/Ad Sales. Evans has worked in Fox Sports’ ad sales department since '94 when he was a sales assistant. He will report to Fox Corp Ad Sales President MARIANNE GAMBELLI and work closely with Fox Sports CEO & Exec Producer ERIC SHANKS. Evans will run sports ad sales for Fox, FS1, FS2, Fox Sports Digital, Fox Deportes and Fox Soccer Plus (John Ourand, SBJ).

EXECS: WWE named Showtime Networks Dir of Communications GREG DOMINO VP/Communications. In this "newly created position," Domino reports to Senior VP & Head of Global Communications CHRIS LEGENTIL. Showtime confirmed that a "search is underway for his replacement." Domino previously had worked for DAZN, HBO and MLB (PRWEEK.com, 10/20)....Excel Sports Management hired Independent Sports & Entertainment VP/Marketing, Basketball & Football PARKER CAIN as a Marketing Agent for NIL representation. Cain will be based out of Excel's L.A. office (Excel Sports & Management)....Angels Scouting Dir MATT SWANSON has "lost his job" after "overseeing the club’s drafts for the past five years." It is the latest in a "series of organizational changes" under GM PERRY MINASIAN. Swanson was "offered the chance to remain in the organization in a different role" (ORANGE COUNTY REGISTER, 10/21).....The Citadel named Alabama State Assistant AD/Academic Services KEVICIA BROWN Associate AD/Internal Operations and Senior Women's Administrator (The Citadel).
