Coca-Cola exec JOHN SEILER has moved over to the company's Europe Operating Unit, where he is now Head of Sports & Gaming for that region. Seiler is now based in London. Before the move, Seiler was Coca-Cola's Dir of Pro Sports Portfolio and was based out of Atlanta. He was A-B's Dir of Budweiser Sports before that (SBJ).

FRANCHISE MOVES: The Mavericks and Dir of Quantitative Research HARALABOS “BOB” VOULGARIS "have parted ways, a league source confirmed." The source said that Voulgaris' contract "expired and was not renewed" by new President & GM NICO HARRISON. Voulgaris' departure "isn’t surprising, considering the issues regarding him raised shortly after last season" in a report from The Athletic (DALLAS MORNING NEWS, 9/23)....The Tigers named RYAN GARKO VP/Player Development. He "accepted the position previously held by DAVE LITTLEFIELD, who was reassigned in late August as part of progressive front office moves." Garko has spent the past two seasons with the Angels, serving as their "coaching assistant and instant replay coordinator, focusing on the use of analytics in the clubhouse and dugout and for game-planning strategies on offense" (DETROIT FREE PRESS, 9/24).

FRAZIER GETS EXTENSION: Northern Illinois extended the contract of AD SEAN FRAZIER through June 30, 2026, and intends to promote Frazier to VP & Dir of Athletics and Recreation. Frazier has been the AD at NIU since '13 (NIU).

EXECS: The Professional Fighters League named former WWE VP & GM/Australia and New Zealand JAMES FREWIN Senior VP/Int'l. Frewin will spearhead the PFL's global expansion efforts. He will report to PFL Chief Revenue Officer JON TUCK and be based in the PFL's London office (PFL)....On-demand video production company Toldright named iHeartMedia VP/Connection ALEX LOVELL Senior VP/Business Development. Lovell will report to CEO & Co-Founder MAX HEINEMAN and will lead toldright’s client-direct business development efforts and oversee revenue tracking, reporting and sales analytics (toldright)....Mobile gaming platform Game Taco named Tether Studios Lead Designer LEIF SIMONSON VP/Games. He will oversee the Game Taco and WorldWinner portfolios, with plans to develop at least a dozen new titles in '22 while scaling the company's production capacity. Simonson will report to Game Taco Founder & CEO JOSHUA BARROW (Game Taco).
