Longtime NFL agent Sean Howard joins Roc Nation Sports

Veteran NFL agent Sean Howard has joined Roc Nation Sports and will work out of its L.A. office. Howard started Monday and reports to Roc Nation Sports COO Brodie Van Wagenen and President Juan Perez. Howard most recently worked as a senior contract consultant for MGC Sports and was one of four agents who repped No. 1 overall draft pick Trevor Lawrence. Jay Courie, head of MGC Sports and lead agent for Lawrence, told SBJ he was happy for Howard. Courie: “He was presented with a good opportunity. He’s a good friend and we wish him the best.” Howard started his career as a player personnel exec at the 49ers before becoming NFLPA-certified in ’05 and joining Octagon.
