NAMES: Former NFLer BOOMER ESIASON is making "an appearance on CBS' show 'Secret Celebrity Renovation'" on Friday. Esiason will "renovate the home of his former high school football coach," SAL CIAMPI, on Long Island. The show is hosted by NISCHELLE TURNER and features the "design team of home improvement contractor and television personality JASON CAMERON and interior designer SABRINA SOTO." Other celebrities performing renovations on the show include Suns G CHRIS PAUL (CINCINNATI ENQUIRER, 9/2)....Former NFLer AKBAR GBAJABIAMILA will be a second male co-host on CBS' "The Talk," and he is "just the man for the job" (N.Y.
